In 2024, Our Health Journeys partnered with Saint KentigernCollege in Auckland and challenged a number of students to conduct researchinto an aspect of the medical history of Aotearoa New Zealand. The students,ranging from Years 8-13, produced their research in written, oral, or videoformat and the top projects were chosen for publication to Our Health Journeys.A new project will be published weekly until October.

My name is Emma Wang, I’m a Year 12 student at Saint Kentigern College. I aspire to pursue a career in medicine, with a particular interest in neuroscience. In addition to my academic pursuits, I hold a black stripe in Tae-kwon-do and enjoy various hobbies including dancing, singing, and drawing.
